The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has removed from its Wanted List, Mr Ken Ofori-Atta, the former Minister of Finance of Ghana.

President John Dramani Mahama, has informed Ghanaians living in Ethiopia that the major tasks ahead of his Administration are to amend the Constitution, hold past and present Government officials accountable and stabilise the economy.   

President John Dramani Mahama has in compliance with Act 550 of the Public Office Holders (Declaration of Assets and Disqualification) Act 1998, Tuesday, February 18, officially declared his assets.

Mr Godfred Yeboah Dame has criticised Dr Dominic Ayine, current Attorney General for rationalising his decision to discontinue the prosecution of some high profile National Democratic Congress (NDC) men.  

Lawyers for Mr Ken Ofori-Atta, a former Minister of Finance, say their client gave notice to the former Chief of Staff in early January and more recently to the current Chief of Staff of his trip abroad. 

The National Democratic Congress Majority Caucus in Parliament has issued an apology to former Finance Minister, Mr Ken Ofori-Atta following an alleged raid on his residence by military and police officers.  

President John Dramani Mahama has appointed Mr Michael Harry Yamson as the Administrator of District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF). 

The government has revoked all appointments and recruitments made in the Public Service of Ghana by the former Akufo-Addo Administration after December 7, 2024. 

The First Deputy Speaker, Mr. Bernard Ahiafor, gave the order following a statement made by the minority leader of parliament, Mr. Alexander Afenyo-Markin on the floor of parliament.

The immediate past Chairman of the Roads and Transport Committee of Parliament, Mr Kennedy Osei-Nyarko, has criticised the Ministry of Roads and Highways for suspending the implementation of the National Roads Authority 2024 Act 1118.
